Policy for processing personal data

Everyone in our company appreciates every personal data you entrust to us. Therefore, we always handle such data so that we do not disappoint your trust. Please read our Policy for processing personal data to learn more about this process.
These principles are issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as „the Regulation“ or „GDPR“).

Who processes your data?

 

We are SAAN bags s. r. o., IČ 03816621, with its registered office at Šípková 1398, 332 02 Starý Plzenec, the Czech republic registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Pilsen under file number C 30842 and as the administrator we process your personal data according to the below conditions. As the administrator of your personal data, we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we select other potential processors who help us with the processing.

What personal data do we process?

 

When you submit a Questionnaire on our website, we request the following personal information from you:

 

name and surname,

company name,

company identification number,

delivery address,

telephone number,

email address.

 

Other personal data we process is:

 

Your IP address,

Your photos and reviews sent by you.

Why do we process your personal data?

 

The main reason why we process your personal data is to be able to produce and deliver you the products you are interested in.

The legal reason for processing personal data is:

performance of the contract between you and us as an administrator according to Art. b) GDPR,

the legitimate interest of the administrator to provide direct marketing (mainly the occasional sending of commercial communications and newsletters) according to Article 6 (1) (a); (f) GDPR;

 

The purpose of personal data processing is to:

issuance of your bid and exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and us

2.

accounting and tax purposes

3.

sending business messages and making other marketing activities

4.

common Traffic Analysis, Server Error Detection

5.

publishing your photos and reviews.

 

4.

Who views your personal data?

 

Your personal data is available to authorized employees of our company. Our subcontractors are further recipients of your personal data.

Subcontractors, their services are used to perform a purchase contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR):

providing delivery services (Česká pošta, s.p.)

providing web hosting services (RTsoft s.r.o.).

 
Subcontractor whose services we use based on legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR):

Google, Inc. – Google Analytics Portal Operator („GA“)
Google, Inc. is the GA analytics site that handles traffic statistics and conversions for our website. For the purposes of these services, Google processes the personal data of visitors to the site: pages viewed, linking URLs, website visit date and time, how long you will stay on the page, IP address. GA Terms of Service prohibit sending data to GA to identify individuals such as names, phones, email addresses, or billing information.

How long is your data processed?

 

We process your personal data only to the necessary range and keep it:

for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and us as an administrator, to exercise claims from these contractual relationships, to meet tax obligations, etc.

for as long as the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, if personal data is processed by consent.

 

Your personal data is deleted or discarded after the retention period.

Am I obliged to provide my personal data? What will happen if I don’t provide personal data?

 

You provide us your personal data voluntarily. The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contractual relationship, without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the purchase contract or to perform it as an administrator.

How is your data secured?

 

Only authorized persons have access to your personal data, and they are processed in a non-automated way in electronic and printed form.
We have taken appropriate organizational and technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form, especially securing the data repository with a password, antivirus program, locking the locker with printed offers, invoices and complaint protocols in a lockable space.

What rights connected to the protection of personal data do you have?

 

You have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

the right to withdraw its consent at any time,

the right to correct or supplement personal data,

the right to request processing restrictions,

the right to request the transfer of data,

the right of access to personal data,

the right to be informed of personal data breaches in certain cases,

the right to delete personal data (the right to be forgotten) in certain cases,

the right to file a claim with the Office for Personal Data Protection

 

and other rights set out in the Personal Data Protection Act and in the GDPR.

What to do if I want to know how my personal data is processed or if I do not want you to continue processing my personal data?

 

In case of any question regarding personal data, usage of rights according to the previous point of this regulation or withdraw consent to further processing of your personal data write to: saan@saan.cz or letter to: SANN bags s. r. o., Šípková 1398, 332 02 Starý Plzenec, the Czech Republic.

In this context, please be aware that you may be asked to prove your identity so that we can verify your identity. This is a precautionary measure to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data.

What else should you know?

 

This Policy for processing personal data is effective from June 1, 2019. We have a right to change this policy. We will publish a new version of the Policy for processing personal data on www.saan.cz.
By submitting the Questionnaire on the www.saan.cz website, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Policy for processing personal data in sufficient advance.
